data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016\/679, the General Provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority dated April 8, 2010, and Guidelines 3\/19 on the processing of personal data through video devices,<br \/><strong>S.A.I.T. SRL<\/strong>, with registered office at Via Vettor Pisani 56, 30013 Cavallino-Treporti (VE), VAT\/Tax ID 01952110276, represented by its current legal representative, acting as <strong>Data Controller,<\/strong> wishes to inform you that, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, the General Provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority dated April 8, 2010, and taking into account Guidelines 3\/19 on the processing of personal data through video devices\u2014for reasons of prevention, organizational security, and protection of assets\u2014certain areas and premises of the Company \u2013 duly indicated by signage required by the Italian Data Protection Authority \u2013 are monitored by a video surveillance system.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fed272b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fed272b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong>Type of data subject to processing<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ba7435 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6ba7435\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Only personal data originating from the video surveillance system will be processed, namely the images captured by the installed video system.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8115462 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8115462\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong>Purpose and Legal Basis of the Processing<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-85b7572 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"85b7572\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Video surveillance systems have been installed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>protection of company property;<\/li>\n<li>prevention and protection of the safety of employees and visitors;<\/li>\n<li>access control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller pursuant to Article 6(f) of<br \/>EU Regulation 679\/2016.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ab6e68b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ab6e68b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong>Methods of processing and retention period for images<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-77ec48d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"77ec48d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The images collected are processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency, and in any case in such a way as to ensure their security and protect the data subject\u2019s maximum confidentiality. In particular, the data collected are protected by appropriate security measures to reduce the risk of destruction, loss, and\/or unauthorized access. The images are recorded and stored for a maximum of 72 hours. Only in certain cases, due to specific needs and\/or in the event of particular occurrences, may the retention of the aforementioned data be extended for a period not exceeding 7 days, except in the event of a request by the Judicial Authority and\/or the Judicial Police.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cacb7a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cacb7a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong>Categories of recipients of personal data<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-40bbc61 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"40bbc61\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The processed data will not be disclosed to third parties. Recipients of the collected data may, however, include\u2014in addition to the data controller:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>individuals, entities, and authorities to whom disclosure is mandatory pursuant to laws, regulations, or orders from authorities;<\/li>\n<li>our employees, provided they have been previously designated as persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller, in accordance with Article 29 of the European General Data Protection Regulation, or as System Administrators;<\/li>\n<li>maintenance technicians or external parties responsible for system maintenance, provided they have been previously designated as external data processors, in accordance with Article 28 of the European Regulation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e154772 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e154772\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong>Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries<\/strong><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dfef69f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dfef69f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The data controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to third countries.
